My slow cooker makes my life a lot easier! I don’t always want to cook dinner at the end of the day. So taking a few extra steps in the morning to ensure dinner will be ready when I get home is worth it.
Disclaimer: These are NOT my recipes. I did not create these. These are amazing recipes I have collected from Pinterest and have linked the recipes to websites of the amazing humans that DID create these recipes.
Beef Stew

TheCozyCook.com has an amazing recipe for Slow-Cooker Beef Stew! The broth is extremely flavourful and I recommend using her alternative of beef broth and red wine vinegar for the red wine. Both options are so good, I just prefer the alternative. I like to pair this with Texas RoadHouse Rolls.
Potato Soup

RecipesThatCrock.com created a very yummy and filling Crock Pot Potato Soup recipe! This recipe is nothing short of perfection. It was voted Battle Soup Winner in the YouTube community. I like to pair this with Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits.
Cheesy Tortellini

DamnDelicious.net has a yummy Slow Cooker Cheesy Tortellini recipe! This recipe is super filling and flavourful. I suggest adding the chilli flakes that state they’re optional and I noticed in the comment section someone suggested adding a cube of bouillon to the ground beef when you’re frying it. Pair it with a salad and garlic bread and you’ll have a great easy dinner!
Macaroni and Cheese

RainingHotCoupons.com has a beautiful Crock Pot Macaroni And Cheese recipe! This is a great side to add with chicken breasts or ribs. My son’s favourite dinner is Chicken and Ribs with Macaroni and Cheese and Corn Bread.
Chilli

FamilyFreshMeals.com has my favourite Easy Crockpot Chilli recipe. There is nothing better than a bowl of chilli on a cold night. I add shredded cheese on the top and a dollop of sour cream. I also like to use tortilla chips to dip into my chilli or serve it with Corn Bread.
Baked Ziti

TheRecipeRebel.com has a delicious recipe for Slow Cooker Baked Ziti. I use half ground beef and half Italian sausage for the meat portion. Be careful you don’t overcook the noodles. Soggy noodles are never yummy. Pair it with a salad and Roasted Garlic Cheese Bread for a filling dinner.
Roast Beef

HighHeelsAndGrills.com has great tips and tricks on how to make Fall Apart Roast Beef. I personally don’t like making my roast beef in a crockpot with potatoes and veggies. I prefer to make my roast separately and then make the veggies and mashed potatoes closer to dinner time.
Lasagna

Don’t get me wrong, There is NOTHING better than homemade oven-baked lasagna. However, TastesBetterFromScratch.com has a winning Slow Cooker Lasagna Recipe you need to try! I use half cottage cheese and half ricotta. Pair with Garlic Bread and a salad for a yummy dinner.
Sweet & Sour Meatballs

DinnerAtTheZoo.com has a great recipe for Sweet and Sour Meatballs in the Crockpot. Throw them over some rice and you have a very simple but delicious dinner.
Chicken Noodle Soup

With cold and flu season coming, it’s always good to have a couple of homemade chicken noodle soup recipes on hand! Thankfully DamnDelicious.net has a great Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup recipe! I use rotini noodles instead of spaghetti noodles as it’s my preference. If I’m making it for someone who is sick I’ll usually add lemon juice and fresh dill 5 min before serving. I find it helps clear sinuses and tastes yummy.
