I have compiled a ton of recipes to try this fall. I absolutely LOVE to bake. I bake cookies, cupcakes, loaves of bread, muffins, and cakes regularly in the Fall and Winter. Usually, I bake a batch of muffins and cookies on Sunday for everyone in the family to enjoy all week long. It’s cheaper to bake them than to buy them at the store, plus I like knowing what’s going into them.
Disclaimer: These are NOT my recipes. I did not create these. These are amazing recipes I have collected from Pinterest and have linked the recipe to websites of the amazing humans that DID create these recipes.
Muffins
Healthy Greek Yogurt and Honey Blueberry Muffins: These muffins are AMAZING! Very healthy, fluffy, and the entire family loves the taste.
Morning Glory Muffins: Love these muffins! Again, very healthy. I hate raisins in my baking, and I do not notice them in these muffins.
Banana Nut Muffins: I love banana bread, but it’s not an easy item for me to bring to work. These banana nut muffins taste like banana bread and are easy for me to take to work.
Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffins: Obviously not healthy, but they’re so yummy! Light and fluffy and taste exactly like muffins made in a bakery.
Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies: Oatmeal cookies are a staple in my house! These cookies are so soft and chewy. 10/10 recommend!!!
White Chocolate Reese’s Pieces Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies: These are not healthy at all but they’re sooooo freakin good!!! If you’re a peanut butter fan, make these and thank me later!
Molasses Cookies: A ton of people equate molasses cookies with Christmas baking. Molasses cookies are one of my favourites so I refuse to only eat them one month out of the year. My family eats them from September until it’s too hot to bake anymore.
Oatmeal Coconut Pecan Cookies: An upgrade to the OG oatmeal cookies! These are so moist and chewy!
The Best Snickerdoodle Cookies: I had never heard of snickerdoodle cookies until a few years ago. These are very yummy and give off country fair kind of vibes!
Best M&M Cookies: The kids absolutely LOVE when I make a batch of these cookies. Super soft and who doesn’t love m&m’s?
I want to Marry You Cookies: Weird name, but amazing cookies full of oats, chocolate chips, and pecans.
Hot Cocoa Cookies: These are def a Christmas cookie, but they’re a guilty pleasure for me and I will make them in the fall. This chocolaty marshmallowy cookie is so soft and delightful!
Other Baked Goods
Fresh Apple Cake: This is one of my absolute fav treats in the fall. The cake is moist and the icing is to die for!!!! It tastes like caramel sauce.
Do you have any recipes to try this fall? I would love to hear about them in the comment section!
